You'll receive detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, exterior designs, and basic layouts for plumbing and electrical systems. This package is ideal for clients looking to explore and visualise their ideas without committing to construction immediately.

This package is designed for clients ready to transition from the design phase to the construction phase. It includes everything in Package 1, along with detailed structural drawings and calculations to ensure compliance with safety standards. Our trusted engineering contractor, or a contractor of your choice, liaises directly with government bodies to secure building permits. We oversee the entire process, coordinating closely with the contractor to ensure everything is completed efficiently and up to our high standards. This package is ideal for those ready to move forward with construction and require assistance navigating the permitting process.

Structural Services: Comprehensive plans and calculations to support architectural design, along with a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) detailing materials and costs.
Permit Submission:
Coordination with either our contractor or your chosen contractor to handle direct interactions with government bodies.
Oversight of the permit submission process, ensuring all documents are in order and any adjustments requested by officials are addressed promptly.
Package 3: Complete Build Solution
Price: 3,500 THB/sqm + Management Fees
Project Management Fees: 200 THB/sqm/month
Description:
This package offers a comprehensive solution from design to construction and is available when the client chooses to work with our construction team. It includes everything in Packages 1 and 2, with the addition of full project management services to oversee the entire building process. Our team conducts regular site visits and provides updates to ensure the project aligns with your specifications and timelines. This package is ideal for clients who prefer a hands-off approach while ensuring the project meets high standards and is built efficiently.
